Disaster
We were beyond excited to see Bluey's Big Play, which was number one on our bucket lists. I bought tickets for my sister in law for her birthday, as we always go to concerts together. I have waited for an incredibly long time for this night.
Unfortunately, we did hit a few accidents and unforeseen traffic issues, which delayed our arrival. Well, we were coming from about an hour away and gave ourselves plenty of time in case of traffic. After sitting in the car for 3+ hours, we finally got within 3 miles of the venue and were turned away! Turned away and told there was no parking left - it was full. NO PARKING?!?
How does that happen? How do you have an event that people pay (A LOT of money for) and not have substantial parking? We were forced to turn around and go home, losing out on what would have been an unforgettable experience and a whole lot of money. It is completely unacceptable and unsafe to have patrons walking miles in the pitch black to get to the venue. We were told to park on a side street and walk.
To say we are disappointed is an understatement! I will never purchase tickets to an event at that venue ever again.
